This was my very first attempt with Fondant Icing...and decorating cakes!! I quickly learned how hard they both are :) Obvious issues with this cake. I had never stacked cakes before, so my cake was a little off and my fondant letters and decorations were a bit too big. But, overall, I will have to toot my own horn and say I was somewhat impressed with my first attempt. I loved the baby topper!!

Bottom Layer - (2) 8" inch x 2" deep white cakes with almond extract
Top Layer - (1) 6" inch x 3" deep white cake with almond extract
